Exchange or Return of Goods
There's a 30-day return policy.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the our online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do you accept returns?
If the product is of good quality, the buyer may not be able to request a replacement. We do not accept return for "items that have no issue" -
When can I report an issue after a delivery?
You have 7 days to report a problem with your order to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
