Exchange or Return of Goods

There's a 30-day return policy. 

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the our online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

  • Do you accept returns?
    If the product is of good quality, the buyer may not be able to request a replacement. We do not accept return for "items that have no issue"
  • When  can I report an issue after a delivery?
    You have 7 days to report a problem with your order to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
